test: add construction rejection and validation determinism tests ... e3396e821e

Covers the remaining gaps from issue #10:
- DSL.ConstructionSpec: batteryAbove (untested), poll (untested),
  and condition combinator error propagation (not, via, <&&> right-hand)
- DSL.ValidateSpec: error order determinism (duplicate before conflict,
  intra before inter, earlier index first) and section insertion-order
  preservation

docs(codestyle): add branch and commit message conventions ffda07c63f
