Closed because runtime planning and application do not belong to this repository.

Reason

This package ends at:

DSL -> UnvalidatedConfiguration -> validation -> IR -> JSON

The FrogOS engine owns dynamic environment checks, resource availability, application ordering, fallback interpretation, and system changes. A future CLI may expose compilation or validation, but build activation plans and switch belong to engine orchestration.

Follow-up

Track engine and system CLI work in the FrogOS runtime repository. Keep this repository limited to DSL construction, static validation, and serialization.
